China's Export of Textile/Apparel Broke 100 Billion USD Jan. Sep. 2006

Statistics by China Customs reveal that China’s total export of foreign trade in Jan. Sep. 2006 was 127.26 billion USD, up 24.3 per cent year-on-year. In which the export was 691.231 billion USD，up 26.5 per cent year-on-year, the import was 5813.79 billion USD，up 21.7 per cent year-on-year, making favorable balance 109.851 billion USD.
Statistics showed that China’s Export of Textile/Apparel was 105.6 billion USD in Jan. Sep. 2006, taking up 15 per cent of China’s total foreign trade. In which China’s export of textile, fabrics and yarns was 36 billion USD, up 18.2 per cent year-on-year and China’s export of apparel and accessories was 69.588 billion USD, up 27.6 per cent year-on-year and
